Dutch Weekend Shoot - Agenda

Please note: we will be picking up our participants at the main square in the town called Schagen. It is a very pretty characteristic Dutch town, 50 minutes by direct by train from Amsterdam. All the locations for the event are within 30 minutes drive from there.
You can choose to stay in one of the hotels right in the middle of the main square, or arrange your own accommodation elsewhere.

Date - April 27, 2013

13.00  - Pick up from the hotel

13.00 -13.30  - Transfer to the tulip farm

13.30-14.00 - Introductions and coffee. Outline and safety issues.

14.00 – 18.00  - Photo shoot in different coloured tulip fields with break for coffee and cake

18.00-18.30 - Transfer to the hay barn

18.30-19.30 - Photo shoot at the hay barn where the natural sunset light makes it the best location ever (weather dependent)

19.30-20.00  - Wrap up and brief feedback

20.00 - Transfer to accommodation/dinner
(dinner is not included in the price of the event)

The photographers will be divided into groups, so that one model is shared by 3 photographers. We will swap models regularly.
 

Please note, lunch is not included in the agenda.

Date April 28, 2013

10.00 - Pick up from the hotel

10.00-10.30 - Transfer to the Tram Inn Museum location

10.30 -11.00 - Short excursions/introductions, outline and safety issues

11.00-15.00 - Photo shoot with breaks for coffee and cake, and snacks for lunch

15.00-15.30 - Transfer to the windmill location

15.30-16.30 - Photo shoot at the windmill

16.30-17.00 - Transfer to the beach

17.00-18.00 - Photo shoot at the beach

18.00 - Dinner at the beach (dinner is not included in the price of the event)


The photographers will be divided into groups, so that one model is shared by three photographers. We will swap models regularly.


General comments

The event is suitable for both amateur and professional photographers.

We will not have tuition as such during the duration of the event, but we will will have an event leader is Stuart Holden

The event leader will have a final say over safety, model selection and timings to ensure the smooth running of the shoot for all participants.
